Full Home Improvement Program

The Full Home Improvement Program provides grants and/or low interest loans to eligible Champaign homeowners in targeted neighborhood areas to repair deteriorated dwellings. Homes renovated through this program will generally be in need of moderate to substantial rehabilitation.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Homeowners with incomes up to 80% of the median family income
• Homes located in targeted planning areas
