• Neil Street Corridor Plan

    Planning and Development Department Staff are currently working on a Neil Street Corridor Improvement Plan.  The plan will cover Neil Street from I-74 south to downtown Champaign.  The goals of the plan are to beautify and improve one of the primary entry points into the community.  Improvements will include pedestrian safety, better transit functionality, and enhanced design elements.  Learn more
