Neighborhood Services Department Service Plan

The mission of the Neighborhood Services Department is to ensure that the City responds effectively to neighborhood needs by implementing the Neighborhood Wellness Plan, coordinating neighborhood-based services, and promoting citizen participation in City activities.

The Neighborhood Service Department Service Plan provides a departmental overview of the three divisions within Neighborhood Services, key projects in support of City Council goals as well as departmental service levels, goals and initiatives.
