Permit Purchasing

Notice Regarding Academic Year 2025-2026 Parking Permits

As of August 25, 2025

All parking permits for the Academic Year 2025-2026 are currently sold out, and there are no spaces available at this time.

Occasionally, a permit may be returned and added back into inventory; however, availability is sporadic.  We encourage you to check the online portal periodically to see if any permits have become available.  If a permit is available, you may follow the on-site instructions to complete your purchase.

To assist you, Public Works has created a series of short instructional videos that guide you through:

  • Creating an Account – To purchase a permit, you must first create an online account in our parking portal.  Watch this video to learn how to set up your account.
  • Finding a Permit Space – This video will help you locate a permit space near your residence.  (Please note that permit spaces sell quickly, especially in sought-after areas in the core Campus area, so you may have to search a bit outside of your first preferred location.)
  • Purchasing the Permit – Once you have an account and know which permit location you want, this video will demonstrate how to finalize your purchase.

Kindly view the videos prior to reaching out to Public Works with inquiries, as our ability to assist you promptly may be limited.
