Garwood Residential Exterior Rehabilitation Program

The Garwood Residential Exterior Rehabilitation Program will provide eligible property owners with grants for exterior renovations in the Garwood neighborhood. Repairs are limited to visible portions of the home exterior. Funding shall be used to hire contractors to provide labor and materials required to make repairs.

The program differs from other City housing rehab programs because it does not require an income-based needs assessment or an environmental review, allowing for faster response to urgent repair needs. This program will be administered in two phases, and assist 6 households per year

Additional information for this program can be found in the Neighborhood Programs Manual.
