In order to perform electric work, Ameren Illinois will be closing one southbound lane of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street. The lane closure will occur on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Southbound Neil Street traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
