The Central Illinois Rental Property Professionals held their annual vendor fair on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at City View located in the Illinois Terminal Building. Mya Clements and David Oliver represented Code Compliance and were on hand to answer questions regarding inspections of multi-family and single family rental property. They were joined by Nichole Millage from Public Works who passed out reusable shopping bags as an alternative to using plastic bags at grocery stores. Nichole also answered questions related to the “Feed The Thing” program, the City’s multi-family recycling program. The City of Urbana was also represented among 20 other vendors at the event.
