Bid Openings
Bid openings are conducted in the City Council Chambers as scheduled by project managers. Bids are opened according to date and time received, generally noting the company, acknowledgment of addenda, total bid amount, bond submitted, and affirmative action certification. Bid openings adhere to statutory and administrative policy. Bid opening results are posted to this website following each bid opening.
