Firms will be selected for each of the following three projects:

    • Annual Concrete Street Maintenance Project
    • Annual Asphalt Street Maintenance Project
    • Annual Infrastructure Maintenance Project

Each project requires professional services to prepare construction plans and specifications, bid the project, and provide construction observation.  The selections will be for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 construction seasons with construction to begin in April of each of those years and an award of design contract generally taking place the June prior.  The City will review all submitted Letters of Interest and select firms who best meet the City's requirements for an interview.  Review the Letter of Interest.
