    Invitation to Bid – E. Beardsley Avenue Sanitary Sewer Extension

    The City of Champaign is accepting bids for the E. Beardsley Avenue Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.  The work of this contract is generally described as a sanitary sewer installation project, consisting of supplying the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct a 172-foot segment of 8" sanitary sewer as specified herein.  The sanitary sewer is to be installed via horizontal directional drilling methods.  Also included are related manholes, sanitary services, site work, seeding, and other services and items of construction.     Request for Letters of Interest – Engineering Services for the Annual Asphalt Street Maintenance Project

    The City of Champaign (City) invites your firm to submit a Letter of Interest to provide the City with professional engineering services for the Annual Asphalt Street Maintenance Project.  The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City Administrative Policy 2.08). Professional services will include the preparation of construction plans and specifications, bidding services, and construction observation.  The selection will be for the 2021 and 2022 construction seasons with construction targeted to begin in May of each of those years and an award of the design contract generally taking place the September prior. The City will review all submitted Letters of Interest and select firms who best meet the City's requirements for an interview.  Review the Letter of Interest.
