    Request for Letters of Interest – Architectural Services for City of Champaign Facility Projects

    The City of Champaign (City) is requesting Letters of Interest to provide professional architectural services to support City facility projects.  The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City Administrative Policy 2.08).  This selection is for three (3) years of service, starting in the first quarter of 2026 and extending through the first quarter of 2029.  The City will review all submitted Letters of Interest and select the firm that best meets the City's requirements for an interview.  Review the Letter of Interest.

    Request for Letter of Interest – Design Services for the City of Champaign’s Police Station Fuel Island

    The City of Champaign (City) invites your firm to submit a letter of interest to provide the City with professional engineering design services for a new fuel island.  The City intends to use a qualification-based selection process for the procurement of these services (City of Champaign Administrative Policy 2.08).  This selection is for this specific project, with work starting in the first quarter of calendar year 2026.  The City will review all submitted Letters of Interest and select the firm that best meet the City's requirement for an interview.  Review the Letter of Interest.
