Applications and Registrations
The following applications and registrations can be completed on the City’s Liquor Licensing Portal.
Seasonal Liquor License
A Class SL Seasonal liquor license is available for establishments that provide recreational or agricultural services to the public but are open six (6) months or less annually.
Keg Permit
A Class K Keg permit is required for events involving the possession and consumption of alcoholic liquor with a total cumulative capacity exceeding sixteen (16) gallons of alcohol (i.e. more than one standard-size keg). A completed Adult Responsibility Form is also required.
All-Teen Event License
An All-Teen Event License allows licensed establishments to admit people under twenty-one years of age to enter and remain upon the premises, as outlined in Section 5-45.1 of the City’s Liquor Ordinance. All-Teen Events must be registered with the City at least five (5) business days in advance of the event.
Music Venue Rider Application Form
Certain liquor license categories can obtain a Class MV (Music Venue) Rider to allow the establishment to host All Ages Shows as described in Section 5-31.5 of the City’s Liquor Ordinance.
Music Venue – All Ages Show Registration
Licensees with a Music Venue Rider can host All Ages Shows as outlined in Section 5-31.5 of the City’s Liquor Ordinance. All Ages Show must be registered with the City at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
