Music Venue Rider Application Form
The following licenses and registrations can be completed by visiting the Liquor License Portal.
Seasonal Liquor License
The Class SL Seasonal liquor license is for establishments that provide recreational or agricultural services to the public but are open six (6) months or less annually.
Keg Permit
A Class K Keg permit is required for events involving the use and possession of alcoholic liquor with a total cumulative capacity exceeding sixteen (16) gallons of alcohol (i.e. more than one standard-size keg).
All-Teen Event License
This form is used by a licensee to register an all-teen event, which allows licensed establishments to admit people under twenty-one years of age to enter and remain upon the premises, as outlined in Section 5-45.1 of the City’s Liquor Ordinance. Every All-Teen Event must be registered with the City at least five business days in advance.
Music Venue – All Ages Show Registration
Licensees with a Music Venue Rider can host “All Ages Shows” as outlined in Section 5-31.5 of the City’s Liquor Ordinance. Licensed establishments must register each All Ages Show with the City at least fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
