University Avenue Lane Closure (between First Street and Second Street)
In order to install water services, Illinois American Water will close one westbound lane of University Avenue between First Street and Second Street. The closure will begin on Monday, September 16, and the lane will reopen on Friday, September 20, 2024. During the closure, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane.
Kirby Avenue Lane Closure (between Mayfair Road and Carriage Way)

Market Street Lane Closure (between University Avenue and Bailey Street)
In order to complete work at 41 E. University Avenue, Otto Baum will close the southbound lane of Market between University Avenue and Bailey Street. During the southbound closure, northbound traffic will remain open. The closure will begin on Monday, September 16, and the lane will reopen on Friday, September 27, 2024, weather permitting.
Bradley Avenue Lane Closure at State Street
CHAMPAIGN – In order to replace the traffic signal cabinet, CS&L will close a westbound lane on Bradley at State Street. Stop signs will be deployed while this work is performed. Work is scheduled to occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024, weather permitting.
Bradley Avenue Lane Closure at Randolph Street
In order to replace the traffic signal cabinet, CS&L will close an eastbound lane of Bradley at Randolph Street. Stop signs will be deployed while this work is performed. Work is scheduled to occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and Noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, weather permitting.
