Prospect Avenue Lane Closure – Extended (Union St. to Healey St.)
In order to relocate a gas main, Ameren Illinois has closed one northbound lane of Prospect Avenue between Union Street and Healey Street. The closure began on Monday, October 13, and will reopen on Monday, November 3, 2025. During the closure, northbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.

In order to perform sewer lining activities, Hoerr Construction will close an eastbound lane of Bradley Avenue between McKinley Avenue and Willis Avenue. The closure will occur on Monday, October 20, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., weather permitting.
John Street Lane Closure (between James Street and Ridgeway Avenue)
In order to perform sewer lining activities, Hoerr Construction will intermittently close the eastbound lane of John Street between James Street and Ridgeway Avenue. The intermittent closure will occur on Thursday, October 16, 2025, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., weather permitting.
