In order to pour concrete panels at the southeast corner of Kirby Avenue and State Street, A&A Concrete will close a short section of the eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Grandview Drive and Neil Street. Work will begin on Wednesday, October 8, at 8 a.m. and end on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Noon, weather permitting.
