In order to restore pavement near 504 Phillips Drive, Illinois American Water and Shaw Brothers will be closing a section of Phillips Drive just north of Washington Street. The closure will begin on Tuesday, October 17 and will reopen on Friday, October 20.
Through traffic will not be allowed in the repair area, but access to local properties will be maintained during the closure. Properties north of the closure will use Holts Drive for access. Properties south of the closure will use Washington Street for access.
