In order to complete scheduled improvements to gas mains and services, Ameren Illinois will close Third Street between Washington Street and Hill Street. The closure will begin on Monday, December 4, and will reopen on Monday, December 18, 2023. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area, but access will be maintained to all properties.
