In order to perform storm sewer repairs, SNC Construction will be closing Market Street between Bradley Avenue and Eureka Street and also Beardsley Street between Champaign Street and Market Street. Local driveway access will be maintained for residents within the closure zone; however, no through traffic will be allowed at the intersection of Market Street and Beardsley Avenue.
Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 4 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2023. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
