In order to perform storm sewer lining, Hoerr Construction will be narrowing westbound Washington Street at Market Street into a single shared lane around a short construction zone. Market Street at Columbia Avenue northbound and southbound will also be narrowed into single lanes through a short work zone. All traffic routes will remain open but will have reduced lane widths. Minor traffic delays may occur in work zones.
Work is scheduled to begin around 7 a.m. on Monday, July 24, and is planned to be completed and reopened to traffic by 6 p.m. on the same day. Work operations and lane impacts are daytime only, affecting travel between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. The work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
