CHAMPAIGN – In order to complete a water and storm connection at 403 W. University, DUCE Construction will close one eastbound lane of University Avenue between Elm Street and Prairie Street. The closure will begin on Monday, January 4, and will reopen on Monday, January 11, 2021. The eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
