Despite living in the beautiful Boulder Ridge Subdivision, today’s drain always seems to be a bit grouchy. Oscar is located at 3912 Rockdale Drive and has a bad habit of collecting garbage. This garbage sometimes gets through the drain grates and makes its way into streams and rivers. Yuck.
