In order to construct storm sewer lining, Hoerr Construction will close one eastbound lane of University Avenue on the south side of its intersection with Fourth Street. Traffic will be merged into a single eastbound lane through a short construction work zone. This lane closure should not adversely affect intersection travel or westbound University Avenue traffic.
Work is scheduled to occur from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2019. However, the work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather.
