Street closures are planned as part of Phase 2 of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements Project. The corner of Miller Avenue and Washington Street will be closed in order to install storm sewers and other utilities, more specifically:
– Washington Street will be closed from Miller Avenue to Fair Street.
– Miller Avenue will be closed from Glenn Park Drive to Washington Street.
The closures are scheduled to begin on Monday, August 28 and are planned for completion by Friday, October 27, weather permitting. The streets will be closed to all traffic for the entire period, including the overnight hours.
