In order to patch pavement from a water service repair at 508 East Clark Street, A&R Services has closed a section of Clark Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street. The closure began at 7 a.m. Tuesday, January 17 and will reopen on Friday, January 20, 2017, weather permitting. Through traffic will not be allowed, but access to local properties will be maintained.
