In order to install water services for Dr. Howard School, Mid-Illinois Concrete will be closing a portion of Park Avenue between James Street and McKinley Avenue. The closure will begin on Monday, July 29, 2019, and will reopen on Monday, August 5, 2019. Park Avenue will be closed to through traffic on this block, but access to local properties will be maintained. Properties east of the construction will use McKinley Avenue and properties west of the construction will use James Street.
