Following her address, we celebrated this year’s award recipients, including Chief Timothy Tyler, honored for his retirement after 35 years of military service. Additional honorees included the St. Luke Food Pantry, Urbana Police Chief Larry Boone, and long-time community leader Nathan Dixon.”
