On June 21, 2025, the Timberline Valley South HOA completed installation of a community dog waste station. The project was proposed in response to pet owners neglecting to clean up after their animals. The waste station was installed adjacent to the common walkway between Florence Drive and Edward Hoffman Drive. The HOA was able to use the City’s Neighborhood Small Grant Program to cover costs of the waste station, can liner bags, and dog waste bags.
