Effective Thursday, May 8, 2025, Stark Excavating will begin the initial construction for the Garden Hills Phase 3 Project. Tree trimming will commence first, with full road closure for demolition to follow.
Starting Monday, May 12, 2025, Joanne Lane will be fully closed to vehicular traffic between the south leg of the Paula Drive/Joanne Lane intersection through the curve to the south where Joanne Lane turns into an easterly/westerly street (near 1509 Joanne Lane).
During construction through this segment, residents will not be able to enter or leave their driveways. Residents will be able to park on the street where on-street parking is available, but not within the construction zone. Pedestrian access to all homes will be maintained throughout construction.
This work is weather dependent and may be delayed in the event of inclement weather. More lane and/or road closures will be announced throughout the phases of the project.
