In order to perform storm sewer repairs, A&R Services will be closing the southbound lane of Market Street at University Avenue. During this time, Market Street will be reduced to a single lane through a short construction work zone. University Avenue and Chester Street will not be affected. Work is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, and is planned for completion by 4 p.m. on Friday, December 13, weather permitting. Minor traffic delays may occur at work zones.
