In order to accommodate utility installation, the University of Illinois and Duce Construction will close Daniel Street between Fifth Street and Sixth Street. The closure will begin on Monday, April 15, and will reopen on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. Through traffic will not be allowed in the area, but access will be maintained to all local properties.
