In order to complete pavement patching, AT&T and Western Utility will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Columbia Avenue and Washington Street. The closure will begin on Monday, November 13 and will reopen on Thursday, November 16, 2023, weather permitting. Northbound traffic will continue through this area, shifting around the construction zone. One lane of northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained.
