On September 28, 2023, staff from multiple departments worked together to decorate a City truck for entry in this weekend’s CU Pride Fest parade. The activity fostered cross-departmental teamwork, cooperation, and bonding. Thank you to all those who participated in the Pride Parade float building! The City is a proud advocate for the equality, wellness, and visibility of the LGBTQ+ communities in Champaign.
