June is the month in which we honor the 1969 riots at the Stonewall Inn that sparked a movement to live up to our Nation’s promise of equality, liberty, and justice for all. Our friends at Uniting Pride Center came to decorate the display case in the City Building with tons of useful information about getting involved in activities during this month, how to advocate for those in your community, and educational resources to continue expanding your knowledge.
