In order to complete driveway and sidewalk construction at 1605 W. Kirby, Stark Excavation will intermittently close an eastbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Mattis Avenue and Waverly Drive. The closures will occur between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. starting on Wednesday, July 13, and ending on Friday, July 22, 2022. During the closures, eastbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
