On March 15, 2022, the City published the Draft FY 2022-23 Annual Action Plan and opened the public comment period. The Annual Action Plan identifies goals and strategies for the City to undertake and achieve desired community development outcomes. These goals are accomplished by using federal allocations of Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership funds. The City is allocating an estimated $1,492,208 in the Annual Action Plan, which covers the time period of July 1, 2022, though June 30, 2023.
Public hearings were held at the Neighborhood Services Advisory Board meeting on March 10, 2022, and at the Regular Meeting of City Council on March 15, 2022. The City is still seeking input and is accepting comments through April 15, 2022.
Copies of the Draft FY 2022-23 Annual Action Plan are available for review throughout the 30-day public comment period. The Draft Plan can be reviewed at the following locations:
