In order to perform routine storm maintenance activities, National Power Rodding Corp. will be working at the southwest intersection of Duncan Road and Kirby Avenue, with work proceeding east on Kirby to Carolyn Drive. Traffic will be merged into single lanes at short construction zones.
Work is planned daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., beginning on Tuesday, November 16, through Wednesday, November 24, 2021, weather permitting. Operations will occur only during the daytime, Monday through Friday, and will not impact weekend or evening travel occurring after 4 p.m.
