The City’s Communications Division and Office of Equity, Community and Human Rights recently worked together to begin televising the Champaign County Community Coalition meetings. These popular meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at the Champaign Holiday Inn and are open to the public. Staff from the Communications Division began recording the meetings on January 8, 2020. Following each meeting, City staff will edit the video recording to add presenter slides and graphics then replay each meeting on CGTV later that same week. Meeting videos are also available for on-demand viewing on the City’s website.
The City hopes this new service will encourage more people to get engaged in the work of the Champaign County Community Coalition. Learn more at champaigncommunitycoalition.org.
