Thirty-eight Non-Bargaining Unit City employees participated in a Professional Development Event hosted by the Human Resources Department on September 27, 2019. The event, titled Improv and Improve:The Leadership and Life Lessons of “Yes, And” was presented by nationally recognized speaker Craig Rapp and Aida Johnson-Rapp. The lively and highly interactive workshop took place in the CityView Room at the Illinois Terminal and offered employees from all departments a chance to interact and learn valuable communication skills consistent with the City’s mission and values.
