As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, Stark Excavating will close Park Avenue from James Street to 1216 Park Avenue to install underground utilities (storm sewer and water main).
The road closure will begin on Friday, September 20, 2019, and continue through the end of November.
