As part of Phase III West Washington Street Drainage Improvements, Stark Excavating will close the northern lane of University Avenue between Russell Street and James Street. Eastbound traffic on University Avenue will be directed into the southern lane through the construction zone.
The northern lane closure will begin on Wednesday, August 28, and is planned for completion on Friday, October 18, 2019.
