The City of Champaign will be performing asphalt work on Kirby Avenue between Neil Street and Fourth Street and will reduce traffic to one lane in each direction. The lane closures will occur from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. from Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16, 2019.
