Bristol Place Residences is announcing the start of residential leasing of its 90- unit single family rental home development.
KMG Prestige and Lamoine Property Management are now setting appointments to begin the application process. Interested applicants need to request to be on the wait list by completing the online family wait list form at lamoineproperties.com or by calling KMG Prestige at 217-800-4988. The family wait list form can be completed by telephone if needed. Applications will be processed according to the date and time received. Former Bristol residents that meet the development’s tenant selection criteria for lease approval have been offered the first opportunity to return to the neighborhood.
Appointments will be scheduled by the property management company in advance of the first leasing workshop, which will take place on June 24, 2019, at the Champaign Public Library. Per appointment, applicants should bring birth certificates, social security cards and a current picture ID for all household members 18 and older. Additionally, applicants should bring proof of income and assets, along with six current bank statements.
Occupancy is expected in fall 2019. The neighborhood, located at the corner of Bradley and Market in Champaign, will feature 64 single-family homes, 26 town home units and a Community Building. This development is the result of a public/private partnership between the City of Champaign, the Housing Authority of Champaign County and AHDVS, LLC (developer).
