(Daily Lane Closures – University Avenue at James Street / Church Street at James Street)
Stark Excavating will be performing daily lane closures as part of the West Washington Street Drainage Improvements – Phase III project. One lane on University Avenue at James Street and one lane on Church Street at James Street will be closed during the day while crews are working.
The daily lane closures are planned to begin at 7 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2019, and are planned for completion by 6 p.m. Saturday, April 13, depending on weather. Lane closures will be during daylight hours and will always allow for a minimum of one lane of through traffic.
