In order to complete a water main repair for Illinois American Water, Cross Construction will close a northbound lane of Mattis Avenue between Henry Street and John Street. The closure will begin on Friday, October 26, and will reopen on Wednesday, October 31, weather permitting. During the closure, northbound Mattis Avenue traffic will be reduced to one lane.
