As part of the City’s 2018 Concrete Street Improvements Project, Prairieview Landscaping will be laying sod along Green Street from Prospect Avenue to Pine Street. Work will continue Tuesday, October 23, weather permitting.
Beginning Tuesday, October 23, the westbound lane of Green Street between Prospect Avenue and Pine Street will be closed. This section of Green Street will be a temporary one-way street, eastbound only. A marked detour route for westbound traffic will be provided.
Please pay close attention to construction signs, traffic control devices, and marked detours. Please do not park on the street near the construction site or in areas that are posted “No Parking.” Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible. The contractor will attempt to complete construction activities as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to the residents in the areas of construction.
