CGTV and UPTV (Urbana) co-produced a video of the 5th Annual Welcome Awards Ceremony & Celebration that was held on September 22, at the Urbana Free Library. The video highlights recipients who have exemplified excellence in leadership and community impact in supporting our local immigrants. Entertainment was provided by Ballet Folklorico Mitotiani.
