Downtown Intersections and Resurfacing Improvements Project
Starting Tuesday, May 29, Feutz Contractors will begin work on the City’s 2018 Downtown Intersection and Resurfacing Improvements project. The project will install traffic signals, bump outs, and streetscape at the intersections of Neil St. and Clark St. as well as Walnut St. and Logan St. Bump outs will also be installed on the south side of the Taylor St. and Walnut St. intersection. As phases move forward, additional press releases will be issued.
The project is expected to have intermittent lane closures. Pedestrian access and access to businesses will be maintained at all times. The full project is expected be completed by the end of October. Please do not park on the street near the construction site or in areas that are posted “No Parking.” Please proceed cautiously through construction zones and use alternate routes whenever possible.
