Public Works Department February Service Requests
Citizens and City staff submitted 300 total requests during February 2018. This was an increase from January’s 175 calls. The chart below tracks the number of requests recorded each day by staff.
Citizens using the mobile phone application, SeeClickFix, reported 49 (16%) issues.
The Sewer section responded to 79 sewer-related calls and 44 miscellaneous requests for a total of 123 (41%) service requests. Second was Asphalt with 88 (29%) service requests. Electric was third with 28 (9%) requests. The most frequent request type was for pothole repair with 82 (27%) requests. In second place was sewer backup with 54 (18%) requests. In third place was pick up dead animals(s) with 21 (7%) requests.
