The City of Champaign’s Neighborhood Services Department attended the National African American Parent Involvement Day (NAAPID) resource fair and dinner at Garden Hills on February 12. Over 50 families attended the event where 20 vendors presented information and resources for families with children. Neighborhood Programs Division staff handed out information on the Champaign Coalition, CommUnity Matters programs and summer camps, and how to access homeless resources in the community.
