In order to complete window installation at 217 South Neil Street, Wells and Wells Construction will close one southbound lane of Neil Street between Clark Street and White Street. The closure will begin on Monday, February 13 and will reopen on Friday, February 17, 2017, weather permitting. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
