The City of Champaign has awarded a contract to Stark Excavating to construct turn lanes on Mattis Avenue at Congressional Way. Construction began on June 22 and will be completed by the end of October. Stark is planning on placing the PCC pavement on Thursday, August 12. The traffic has been detoured around the work zone.
